Q. How do I select my size?
A. Size chart is given on every product page. We request you to read it thoroughly before ordering.

Q. How can I be assured of the quality of products ordered?
A. All your products are thoroughly checked with the utmost love and care. the products go through strict process of quality inspection before dispatch.

Q. How can I take care of my garment?
A. We recommend first time dry clean only for every garment and then hand wash going afterwards for further washes. In case of intricate embroideries and pure fabrics dry clean only is recommended.

Q. Do you customize products?
A. No, we do not offer any product customizations, we have standard designs and sizes.

Q. How do i do Garment/Product Care?
A. We recommend first time dry clean only. Do not soak and scrub the product and dry it in shade. Do not iron on embellishments.

PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Q. How can I make payments on the website?
A. At the RoyalChic™, we accept online payments and do not offer COD at this moment. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets etc. through our payment gateway.

Q. I just placed my order. When will I receive it?
A. Usually, orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days of the customer placing the order. This depends on the availability of the product and delays caused due to other unusual circumstances.

Q. How can I track my order?
A. We currently don't have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched within the above mentioned time frame. If your enquiry is urgent, please email us on the RoyalChic™ mail id and one of our team members will get in touch with you at the earliest.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes! Our website ships WORLDWIDE.

Q. Which shipping partners do you use for shipping the products?
A. We ship all our domestic orders via renowned services such as Delhivery and DTDC. We do ship worldwide, and all our International orders are shipped via DHL.
